So, here is the 'new' blog site. I was using Xanga but decided I liked this better so...here we are.
As many of you know, I was just in North Carolina shooting the wedding of Ben and Kati. Let me tell you, what an awesome couple! I hadn't met them (except via email and phone) until the Thursday before their wedding. I showed up, we talked for a bit while waiting for the sun to poke it's head out and them we shot their engagement session. It was a busy weekend but I had a great time. Their parents were equally awesome and gracious hosts.

- I recently moved to Concord, NC (just outside of Charlotte) from Los Angeles, CA. My lungs are still getting used to the fresh air while my wife is still getting used to the possibility of snow! I am primarily a wedding photographer and my recipe for great wedding photography is a carefully crafted formula consisting of the following: a documentary approach, a touch of traditionalism (so as to appease Grandma!), and fashion shoot attitude.
